Clean, spacious riverside apartment in a great location Positive: The apartment was very clean and well presented. As someone who runs a professional cleaning company, cleanliness is something I notice immediately, and this property was maintained to a high standard. The riverside location was peaceful and within easy walking distance of the city centre. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for a family stay, and the free parking was a real bonus. Negative: The internet connection was a little limited for a family of five, likely due to the router being on the ground floor, meaning only one person could stream or watch TV at a time. We did contact the helpline to mention this and were advised someone would follow up, although this didn’t happen during our stay. We feel this could be easily improved with extenders. For a family stay, a couple of larger saucepans would also be helpful, as we had to cook pasta in two smaller batches. Lastly, the dishwasher did not appear clean inside on arrival, so we chose not to use it.

Positive: Location, accomodation, equipment. Negative: Lamps did not all work perfectly. Could have put warm white bulbs rather than cool white.

Good location but.... Positive: Good location Good showers Negative: Obviously designed as a hmo or for students, so cheap / sparse fittings. Heating controls need more detailed explanation .
