Impressive
Positive: What a superb location and gorgeous place. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. We slept so well and really loved Unthank Road and nearby parks. We’ll be back, thanks

Having spent the weekend at the property I would like to make the following observations.
1) the stairs in the property are extremely steep (my daughter actually fell down them) and really not suitable for the very young or very old and this should be stated in description.
2) two bulbs missing on the light fitting in the bathroom and I feel the description should state the bathroom and toilet are on the first floor. Also there was no blind in the bathroom (which is potentially overlooked by neighbours) which meant my wife and daughter both refused to shower when it was dark and the light was needed to be out on.
3) lastly the property states there is on street parking. This is true when available but unfortunately the whole weekend there was no parking available in the street. We had to park in the next road which was not ideal, especially when unpacking and packing the car.
Positives are the location for getting into Norwich (20 minute walk or £6/£7 in a cab.
Area is lovely to explore.

Nice cosy house 20minutes walk to city centre.
Positive: Nice warm cosy house in quiet neighborhood, fully equipped and has parking. Nice clean sheets and towels. Close to the park ( Eaton park) and 20minutes leisurely walk to city centre. Staff very friendly and responsive to our needs. We even had cleaners coming in mid stay.
Negative: The very steep staircase and the bathroom situated downstairs making it a challenge when you have to get up at night to use the toilet. Can be quite dangerous if you are not careful especially when your eyes are half closed. Parking is on 1st come 1st served basis and you may not have any if you go out and come back late after 6pm. Plus there was a red van permanently parked in front of the house which permanently used up 1 parking space.

Lacking in basics and cleanliness, poor quality, not worth the money.
Positive: Location was very good
Negative: Living room, kitchen and bathroom all had broken lightbulbs that needed replacing.
Toilet seat broke.
The kitchen was poorly stocked in general but notably the lack of cutlery - only 3 forks, 2 dessert spoons, 2 teaspoons. We couldn’t all eat together due to lack of cutlery.
The kickboard in the kitchen was coming away and it was full of dirt and dust.
The house was dusty in general.
There were large holes in the floorboards.
The wifi did not reach the kitchen, bathroom or study.
Paint peeling off walls.
Very, very poor overall for nearly £1000 to stay there.
Good to know
