dissapointingly small and outdated.
Negative: The place was tiny which was not reflected in the photos in my opinion. Its not a great space to spend any prolonged period of time. Also the neighbouring room is seperated by a wooden door so I guess you can hear everything that is going on next door so privacy would be a problem if both properties were let at the same time. Definitely not a great place for couples looking for a romantic couple of days! If you want somewhere cheap and close to Norwich just to sleep then this is your place. However if you want a relaxing few days somewhere that you dont intend to do much and just hang out, then this is not the place for you. The later was what we wanted so we ended up spending extra on another property and didnt spend any time there in the end. If I was to suggest improvements to the owner, it would be to knock through to the other let and make it one rental so the space is bigger and modern. This rental property is neither of those things...

Go somewhere else
Negative: Terrible experience. Swift should not be allowed to operate. Accommodation was infested with rats.
They ignored my further calls and also ignored booking.com who just say Swift declined to answer.
So nothing I can do nothing booking .com can do, these guys just continue to operate.

Ok place, terriblly managed ….. strange property company attitude.
Positive: Location and privacy
Negative: Swift host that manage it are incredibly poor at communicating and unprofessional when dealing with issues. I reported vermin in the property which remained throughout my stay although the owner independently set traps which was catching them each night. I heard them going off in the middle of the night. Never once have I heard an apology.
More worrying and frustrating for myself and the owner was Swift don’t return your calls and when your state their deficiencies they get very defensive putting the fault back to you, using words like threatening language, abusive behaviour ….. nothing of the sort was communicated through either message or the two calls that were had with them. They seem to not be able to take any level of negative feedback this is after numerous attempts to resolve the issue, they don’t understand low level frustration from a customer that has been waking up each night to the sound of rats or mice traps and not getting enough sleep.
A total of 15 voice messages, booking . Com app messages and a receptionist saying they’d call me back were made. They make you out as the one in the wrong.
The place wasn’t cleaned for a week although £40 cleaning charge was applied to the rate.
The property is a bit grubby as per photos and needs a bit of a refresh.
None of this really bothers me but due to the way I have been treated by Swift host I feel they should be held responsible as they manage the place.
