Walpole House

A lovely little house and good value for money Positive: The house is lovely. Nicely decorated. Two bathrooms. Spacious. All the white good included and working. Cutlery and crockery included. Small outdoor space. Nicely laid out with TV in the living room and separate dining space for dinner time. Good location, 20 minutes walk from the Central beach. Good value for money Negative: The floorboards were too creaky. The duvets were too thick for summer, no option of lighter duvets or blankets. We personally found the memory foam mattress to firm to sleep on and had an uncomfortable nights sleep unfortunately.

Well worth the money , outstanding house Positive: We were around 10 min walk from the beach front , town and surroundings are very clean no litter anywhere Cromer is worth a visit as well . The house was exceptionally clean the house keeper does a really good job , you have all utensils in the kitchen that you need for your stay , you even get towels and bed linen , two big screens tv to choose from , parking on the street is free . Negative: The mattresses are too hard

The property had everything we were looking for. Will definitely be back. Positive: Ideal location, 5 minutes from dog friendly beach and centre of Great Yarmouth. Negative: There was nothing we didn't like.

Positive: The house was lovely Very clean and the facilities were great it has everything you need In it and more Negative: The 2 things we didn't like was the overflowing drain in the garden we had 2 young children with us , one was only 2 so we couldn't let them out there alone and also the rubbish outside the bins have t been emptied and it was overflowing with bags There were flies round the bin and it smelt so not very pleasant when you walk in and out
