Positive: The hosts were very accommodating, friendly and prompt. The flat is in an easy location for wandering into the city centre. It was very relaxing sitting on the balcony by the river. The place was very clean and it was lovely having comfortable fabric (not leather look) sofas and carpets rather than laminate like some rentals do. It makes it more cosy. We ate out so didn't use the cooking facilties so don't know how they were. All in all a lovely place to stay. Negative: The only negative was the road noise. Really busy road with constant traffic (it's a city so can't be helped) but we didn't let that ruin anything.

Good & Not so good Positive: Location fabulous,apartment nice and roomy & bright Kitchen & bathroom clean Good communication with hosts Negative: Bathroom lock not working no mirror in second bedroom(big no) TV not working replaced quickly but for a tiny TV which was difficult to watch. Parking is quite a walk from apartment & stairs not suitable for person with limited walking abilities this really needs to be explained,it spoiled our stay somewhat Welcome book needs updating with new Internet details

This was the cleanest property I have ever rented. The location was excellent, the balcony view lovely, and the size very comfortable. The only inconvenience was that we had to climb two flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Also, we understood the instructions to mean the entrance was at the back of the building rather than at the side, where it was located. The manager was readily available to help us get in, however. We highly recommend staying here.

Great flat to explore Norwich from. Positive: Pros - great location for the city, great view. Parking, which is offsite, all worked well. Had a slight hiccup with keys when we arrived but a quick phone call and it all was sorted quickly and professionally Negative: Cons - only real one is the noise from the bridge at night but by the second night we had got used to it.
